Cal is great! He’s efficient, dependable, and very punctual. I appreciate the effective communication most of all. My key fob wasn’t available and the one ordered got misrouted by the post office, days before moving out of state. He offered to have another one sent to him overnight. I felt really bad knowing it was a USPS issue and not his, so I offered to pay the overnight fee. He told me that doesn’t fall on me and he’ll just use the key fob that got lost on a future order. His integrity left a lasting impression. Not to mention he saved me so many problems from working with the dealership, who said the key fob is on back order for a month, and it would be $300+. Seriously can’t thank him enough for getting me taken care of so I can hit the road and start my new job!
